We here at Sticks N Stones are very THANKFUL for all of our customers!  From the special orders that are placed every day to those that attend the shows to the door stop purchasers and of course, our FAVORITES, the little ones that love to purchase an alphabet rock!

Thank you and we hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving as well as a memorable holiday season.

A special thank you to our new friends at Valley Rock in Loomis, California.  We couldn't continue our success without your great rock supplies for us to purchase from!

To Charolette, you know who you are, and THANK YOU to all of the kids you get the rocks for!  We can't wait to hear the stories they have for us!

To our fellow vendors that we meet along the way at craft shows, county fairs, and neighborhood gatherings, we say thank you for your input and especially for the great conversations, not to mention, for sharing your talents with us!

And especially, we thank our family members.  Your encouragement has given us the success we need!  Seems like we just went from the expression, "You wanna sell rocks?", to "WOW!  You sold a LOT of rocks! and,  here's another idea...".  to you, we are most grateful.

It's the most WONDERFUL time of the year

What a great week end we had at the Mission Oaks Community Center's Craft Faire!  We don't know what was better, meeting new friends, greeting our "repeat" friends, or breaking our sales goals!

All in all we had a great time and we thank each and every one of you for your support.  It's that time of year that has us on our toes, painting and sticking and stoneing... if there is such a thing!

The holidays mean craft faires and we hope to attend one every weekend between now and the holidays!  Not only are we crafters, but we are wrappers!

We LOVE to customize all of our work and gift wrapping is no exception.  Call us at our new business number and we will see what we can do to complete that special wrap for young and old in your family!

Our next event will be at the Rocklin Community Center on Saturday, November 10th  It runs from 9-3.  We sure hope to see you there!

THE PINTEREST BUG HAS STRUCK!

  In addition to adding ALL kinds of NEW THINGS to the Sticks N Stones Line, we are currently getting a great deal of inspiration from PINTEREST!  Upcoming shows for the fall will be posted here soon, until then, we hope to have you "PIN" us!

We have had so much fun this summer doing show after show after show!  We are taking June off for the most part, but are looking forward to our HUGE show at the Loomis Eggplant Festival.  We will keep you updated for sure,until then, here are a few things we have been working on!

HOT HOT HOT

It was truly that, HOT HOT HOT.  Roseville saw the HOTTEST day of the year during the 2012 EARTH FESTIVAL.  But in addition to the weather, our LETTER STONES were HOT HOT HOT too!  We broke a record for the most sold at a single show.  THANK YOU to all of you that purchased them!  A special shout out to the great folks that purchased 21 of them to beautify their already cool "rock garden".  Here is a picture of their art work!

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next location, The Carmichael Bible Church Fundraiser, Saturday May 12th, (DON'T FORGET MOTHER'S DAY ON THE 13TH!) from 9-3. It's located at 7100 Fair Oaks Blvd. in Carmichael. We will have a many number of GREAT GIFT BASKETS as well as more letter stones for you to create an original for that special someone in your life... EVEN if that means YOU!

APRIL SHOWERS BRING...

Here at Sticks n Stones Designs, we are working very hard to prepare for the upcoming

5th Annual EARTH FESTIVAL

This year we will be participating in the event that will take place on April 21 at the Mahany Regional Park located in Roseville.  The event times run from 10 until 4.

We are especially excited to be able to provide HANDS on activities for the kids!  Each child that visits our booth will have the opportunity to paint a keepsake rock and take it home with them.  THIS IS A FREE SERVICE that we will be providing, in order to have the kids remember the event and the keepsake will serve as a reminder to appreciate our EARTH!

As usual, we will have plenty of STICK TAC TOE games available for purchase as well as our version of the MEMORY GAME and even a NEW PRODUCT that will debut at the festival!

Please mark your calendar, save the date, and come visit us at our booth!  We would love to share in this outstanding event, and get to know all of you better!

SHOW UPDATE

A HUGE Sticks N Stones THANK YOU to those community members that came out to support us at the recent RELAY FOR LIFE ACS FUNDRAISER at Buljon Middle School in Roseville!  It was a huge success (especially for the size of the event) and we were very honored to have taken part in such a worth while event. We were able to donate $35.00 to the event from our event and did so buy selling these AWARENESS STONES!  Each were $5.00 but were sold for whatever donation amount you wanted to give!  The proceeds went directly to the RELAY FOR LIFE event.  Thank you again and we look forward to the next event!
